Improve customer experience
with the power of voice

Most companies use different systems and programs to perform all work processes. Situations often occur where part of the information needs to be transferred to another program; for example, it is necessary to transfer an e-mail list from your CRM system to your advertising e-mail sending system. Often, these tasks are performed manually by someone, which becomes very inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to various errors during the data entry process.

Because of integration, it is possible to combine different systems and programs to facilitate and improve various internal work tasks. Integration can perform various tasks automatically, which increases work efficiency, customer service and reduces the possibility of errors.

What do integrations do?

Integrations are connections between systems and applications that work together to share information and data. Integrations are based on API (Application Programming Interface) and allow information flow between apps, connecting your software together so that all the data can be used by the various programs that need it.

Why use integrations?

Integrations solve and simplify your need for new software as your company grows and evolves. By using integration connections in your systems and applications, you can enable your company to perform a much wider range of tasks with the software you already use by enhancing its functionality. There are different types of integrations to help meet different needs.

Who needs integration?

Integration is useful for virtually every company, regardless of size or industry, for any purpose—advertising, analytics, or content.

How do integrations work with API?

API stands for Application Programming Interface. API is a system that software uses to receive information (be it data, servers, applications, etc.).

By building integrations using API, you can connect your integrations to your software and use them with each other. Integration allows information to flow to apps and devices in real-time — APIs allow them to “talk” to each other.

For example, the application is the TV, the programming allows your laptop to communicate with the TV, and the interface is how you (the user) can interact with the application. In this example, the API is the port on the side of your laptop where you actually insert the integration (cable) to then connect the laptop to the TV.
